What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer a few different options for your order at checkout, depending on the address provided:
Orders within 1 mile of our Downtown Kalamazoo location are eligible for free same day delivery.
Orders within a 20 mile radius of our Downtown Kalamazoo location are eligible for same day delivery for $10.99.
All other Michigan orders are eligible for $25 flat rate shipping.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Same Day orders in the Downtown & Surrounding Kalamazoo area are delivered within 2 hours of order placement.
Statewide orders will be shipped on the next business day at the very latest. Orders will receive tracking information once they are shipped.
How Late Do You Deliver?
Our local delivery hours are 2pm-8pm, with a 90 minute cutoff. All orders placed before 6:30pm will be delivered Same Day.
All orders placed after can be processed & ready for pickup, or delivered the following business day.
Do You Ship Outside of Michigan?
We unfortunately cannot ship alcohol outside of Michigan. All merchandise, bar tools, and coffee-related items on our shop can be shipping nationwide.
How Can I Pickup My Order?
Local Pickup orders will be processed immediately. You’ll receive an email and/or text message when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup orders are available at Stamped Robin, 128 Portage Street, until our 124 Portage Street location is open.

Can I Select Pickup or Delivery for a Future Date?
Not a problem, just let us know when you’d like to receive your goods in the order notes at checkout.
How Do Wine Subscriptions Work?
Sometimes it’s easier to let us take the wheel. Our wine clubs offer exclusive access to some of our favorite wines.
To subscribe, add a subscription package to your cart, and follow the checkout prompts as you would with a normal order. We’ll use this billing & shipping information to process your monthly order, so you don’t have to.
Do I Need to Create an Account?
At checkout, you’ll be asked to provide some login credentials to create an account. You’ll be able to adjust any billing, shipping, and other details regarding your subscription.
Is My Information Safe?
Absolutely. All account information is stored on our encrypted servers. Any additional questions or concerns about our online safety, please contact us.
When Will I Receive My Subscription?
All wine subscriptions are released on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Both Downtown & Same Day Delivery orders will be delivered on the monthly release date. Statewide orders will be shipped out on the release date, and will typically arrive before the weekend. Due to recent global chaos, some shipping timetables might vary.
Can I Pickup My Wine Subscription?
If you selected Local Pickup for your subscription, your box(es) will be available for pickup anytime on, or after the monthly release date.
Can I Gift a Wine Subscription?
Gifting a box of wine is a great call in our opinion. To send a box somewhere other than your billing address, simply enter the recipient’s information in the shipping address boxes at checkout.
